The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center
makes exhibiting easy with a friendly staff, great
labor rates and 840,000 square feet of exhibition
space that can be con;igured to create the show
space you need with up to 3,566 booths. There
are also 50 accessible, fully functional meeting
rooms and exceptional catering services for
groups from 80 to 8,000. All the restaurants at
MB Financial Park have the ability to host events
from 15 to 600, so they are a great option for
alternative meeting spaces.
With more than 10,000 hotel rooms within 3. 5
miles and 6,000 within the village limits, guests
will ;ind many places to stay in Rosemont.
Guests can choose from 16 quality hotels within
walking distance of the convention center, dining and nightlife.
The Village of Rosemont is expanding its entertainment offerings with the announcement of a
new professional baseball stadium, home to a new
minor league baseball team, opening in May 2018.
Rosemont also plans to open a new mixed-use
complex, The Pearl District, in 2018. Located at
the intersection of Balmoral Avenue and Pearl
Street, the development will be home to several
businesses including Rosemont’s ;irst-ever
boutique hotel, The Rose, and Dave & Buster’s.
Additional tenants will be announced at a later
date. Both the stadium and The Pearl District will
be located at the intersection of Balmoral Avenue
and Pearl Street, on the south side of town near
the DES Convention Center, MB Financial Park
and the Chicago Fashion Outlet mall.
